The Cardinal hands Rev. Vincent the Book of the Gospels.
This summer has seen two priests and a deacon ordained for the Diocese of Westminster.
Fr Thevakinsgley Arulananthem and Fr Edward Houghton were ordained in Westminster Cathedral by the Cardinal on 31 May. Fr Thevakinsgley, from Sri Lanka, has been appointed to the Cathedral as a chaplain, and Fr Ed to Our Lady of Grace and St Edward, Chiswick. Please pray for them.
It was a blessing too for the seminary to celebrate the ordination of Rev. Vincent Malone as a deacon in the Allen Hall chapel on the feast of St Thomas More, particularly because Allen Hall is built on the site of St Thomas's Great House. We ask the intercession of St Thomas for Deacon Vincent in his new ministry at St Agnes, Cricklewood.
