I have been thinking seriously of a vocation to the priesthood since I was fifteen. On leaving sixth-form my bishop sent me to do a pre-seminary year at our diocesan House of Formation in West Cumbria. This strengthened my sense of vocation and led me to go forward to major seminary, being sent here to Allen Hall where I am very happy.
