When I moved to the UK from Zimbabwe seven years ago—the last thing on my mind was a vocation to the priesthood. About three years ago I felt there was more to life than what I was doing. Through prayer I felt drawn to the priesthood but avoided the idea. It was at the time of the death of Pope John Paul II that I felt a stronger pull and started to apply to the diocese. I feel I have settled in and am really happy here in Allen Hall. The community has been very supportive. |
