Raised in a town which was originally known as “Priest's Town”, it is no surprise that the place has a rich heritage of producing vocations. From around the age of 15 I placed the idea of a personal calling to the back of my mind. However, I came to embrace the possibility of a vocation to the priesthood in 2006 and started a journey of discernment. I spent a year at our diocesan House of Formation in Cleator, which helped me to accept the possibility of a calling and I offered myself forward. Now I am in my 1st year at Allen Hall, hoping to continually develop as a person, in love of God and neighbour.
